摘要
自上世纪90年代以来,魅力型领导以其独特的个人魅力、非凡的远见卓识,在现代企业管理中发挥重要作用。有别于传统静态发展环境,企业的数智化转型要求领导者在高度不确定、柔性边界、扁平化的组织环境中进行管理决策等活动。经典的魅力型领导能否在企业的重要转型发展过程中发挥积极作用?从战略层、组织间关系层、员工层重点分析魅力型领导发挥的积极作用,并形成一个理论模型为未来的实证研究提供参考。对于促进企业实现数智化转型、提升现代企业的核心竞争力、推动企业的可持续性发展具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。
Since the 1990s,charismatic leadership has played a significant role in modern business with its unique personal charm and extraordinary vision.Unlike in traditional statistic environments,digital trans-formation of enterprises requires leaders to make management decisions and engage in other activities with-in environments of highly uncertainty,flexible-boundary,and flattening.Would the classical charismatic leadership play a positive role in this important transformation stage for enterprises?This paper analyzes the positive effects of charismatic leadership at the strategic level,inter-organizational level,and employee level,and forms a theoretical model for future empirical research.The paper has both theoretical and prac-tical contributions for facilitating organization's digital transformation,enhancing their core competitive-ness,and promoting their sustainable development.
