摘要
当前移动App过度收集个人信息导致隐私问题频发。但随着我国立法明确了“告知同意”和“最少信息”的原则,个人信息的主导权逐渐回归用户。因此为了更好地保护个人信息的安全,用户需要明确在使用不同App时个人隐私偏好的差异;而App服务商也需要根据用户的偏好进行合理的信息安全投入决策。为了实现用户隐私安全和App服务商信息安全投入的均衡,首先设计问卷获取针对不同App类型的用户的隐私偏好,并通过层次聚类划分了用户类别;然后在此基础上,构建App服务商信息保护和用户信息交换的博弈模型,给出双方的效用函数并分别计算不同的用户类别的均衡点,为安全高效的保护用户隐私提供建议。
At present,mobile app excessively collects personal information,which leads to frequent privacy problems.However,with the principle of"informed consent"and"minimum information"clarified in Chi-na's legislation,the dominance of personal information gradually returns to users.Therefore,in order to better protect the security of personal information,users need to make clear the differences in privacy pref-erences when using different apps;and app service providers also need to make reasonable information se-curity investment decisions according to users'preferences.In order to balance the user privacy security and the information security input of service providers,this paper designs a questionnaire to obtain the user privacy preference,and classifies the user privacy preference categories by hierarchical clustering.Then,based on the static game model,we give the utility function of the participants and calculate the equilibri-um points of different user categories respectively,so as to protect the users safely and efficiently.
