补偿器数据自动采集仪的设计与应用

摘要 补偿器在航天系统流体回路中起到稳压和减震的作用。在补偿器的研制与生产过程中,需要监测补偿器的液位、压力、压差以及温度。以往监测这些数据的操作过程相对繁琐,耗时长、效率低。为此,根据补偿器电插座接口输出的信号的特点,设计了一种补偿器数据自动采集仪,实现了补偿器液位、压力、压差和温度的自动采集、显示与存储。该采集仪的使用不仅缩短了采集补偿器相关数据所需的时间,而且提高了补偿器相关数据采集的便捷性和可靠性。 The compensator plays the role of stabilizing pressure and damping shock in the fluid circuit of space system.During the development and production of the compensator,it is necessary to monitor the liquid level,pressure,pressure difference and temperature of the compensator.In the past,the operation process of monitoring these data was relatively cumbersome,which was time-consuming and inefficient.According to the characteristics of the output signal of the electrical socket interface of the compensator,an automatic data acquisition instrument of compensator is designed,which realizes the automatic acquisition,display and storage of the liquid level,pressure,pressure difference and temperature of the compensator.The use of the instrument not only shortens the time required to collect the data of compensator,but also improves the convenience and reliability of the collection for the data of compensator.
