配电自动化技术在提升供电可靠性中的应用研究

摘要 以某市供电公司为例,探讨配电自动化技术在提升供电可靠性中的应用及其效果。通过分析现有供电网络的结构和存在的问题,确定了案例项目在配电自动化系统的设计需求。采用智能断路器、自动重合闸、智能传感器等关键设备,设计了配电自动化系统架构和功能模块。通过对系统功能、性能和安全性进行全面测试,结果显示,配电管理系统(DMS)能够实现故障检测时间短于1 s、隔离时间短于30 s,而数据采集与监控系统(SCADA)的通信延迟在1 s内,系统响应时间也在1 s内。因此,研究证明配电自动化技术在本项目中可以有效提升供电可靠性,为项目解决供电管理问题提供重要的助益。 This paper takes a power supply company in a certain city as a case study,aiming to explore the application and effectiveness of distribution automation technology in improving power supply reliability.By analyzing the structure and existing problems of the existing power supply network,the design requirements of the case project in the distribution automation system were determined.Key equipment such as intelligent circuit breakers,automatic reclosing,and intelligent sensors were used to design the architecture and functional modules of the distribution automation system.Through comprehensive testing of system functionality,performance,and safety,the results show that the distribution management system(DMS)can achieve fault detection time of less than 1 second and isolation time of less than 30 s,while the communication delay of the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)is within 1 s,and the system response time is also within 1 s.Therefore,research has shown that distribution automation technology can effectively improve power supply reliability in this project,providing important assistance for solving power supply management problems.
