基于雷视融合技术的智慧隧道异常事件监测系统研究

摘要 我国公路隧道里程已达2 678.43万延米,隧道内特殊的环境导致安全事故极易发生。传统的隧道管理模式智能化程度低,无法主动发现隧道内的异常事件,并在第一时间进行处理。为此,提出一种基于雷视融合技术的智慧隧道事件监测系统,该系统将毫米波雷达和视频监控数据融合,实现隧道内异常事件的实时监测,同时联动隧道内消防、风机、情报板等系统,使得系统具备全天候、全过程的隧道车辆跟踪管控能力。该系统经实际道路安装使用,具备较强的实用性,可明显提升隧道内异常事件的检测速度及准确度,从而实现隧道内车辆的有效管控。 The length of highway tunnels in China has reached 26.7843 million linear meters,and the special environment inside tunnels makes safety accidents extremely prone to occur.The traditional tunnel management mode has a low level of intelligence and cannot actively detect and handle abnormal events inside the tunnel in a timely manner.This paper proposes a smart tunnel event monitoring system based on lightning vision fusion technology.The system integrates millimeter wave radar and video monitoring data to achieve real-time monitoring of abnormal events in the tunnel.Meanwhile,it links with fire protection,fans,information boards,and other systems in the tunnel,enabling the system to have all-weather and full process tunnel vehicle tracking and control capabilities.The system has been installed and used on actual roads,and has strong practicality.It can significantly improve the speed and accuracy of detecting abnormal events in tunnels,and effectively control vehicles in tunnels.
