实践何以育人:时代新人视域下高校实践育人的四重审视

How Practice Educates People:Four-Fold Review of Practice Education from the Perspective of a New Generation of Young People

实践育人是思想政治教育体系的重要环节,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,是培养“担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”的重要途径。梳理实践育人的理论基础和价值意蕴,定位实践育人铸魂时代新人的应然角色,坚持问题导向认清实然表现,发现育人症结所在,从导向为魂强化思想引领、内容为王强化专业发展、创新为核强化组织协同的角度精准发力、科学施策,完成对实践育人的四重审视,形成实践育人闭环。

Practice education is an important part of the ideological and political education system,an important starting point for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in universities,and also an important means to cultivate“a new generation of young people capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation”.Therefore,by sorting out the theoretical basis and value reality of practice education,the author in this article positions the expected role of practice education in cultivating people in the new era.By adhering to the problem orientation,the author reviews the actual performance of practice education and discovers major problems of practice education.Furthermore,the author also reviews the importance of strengthening the following“three aspects”:From the guidance as the soul,the author strengthens the ideological guidance;from the content as the king,the author strengthens the professional development;from the the innovation as the core,the author strengthens the organizational collaboration.Thus,precise force and scientific policy are suggested to be effectively made so as to complete the four-fold review of practice education and form a closed loop of practice education.
