职教师范生的实践教学能力培育初探——以食品科学与工程专业为例

摘要 职业教育发展迫切需要提高职业教育师资培养质量,建立适应现代职业教育高质量发展的“双师型”教师队伍。但食品职教师范生的实践教学能力培育面临着培育模式过于单一、培育环节缺乏管理和形式化、教学评价体系不健全等现实挑战。对职业教育师范院校推行多元化课程设置、建立个性化培养模式、加大实践训练管理、强化教师专业发展、推进“校—企—校”合作和构建教学评价体系等对策进行分析探讨,推动食品职教师范生培育改革顺利进行。 The development of vocational education urgently needs to improve the cultivation quality of vocational education teachers and establish a“double-qualified teacher”team that adapts to the high-quality development of modern vocational education.However,the cultivation of practical teaching ability of food vocational students in normal schools is faced with realistic challenges such as single cultivation mode,lack of management and formalization of cultivation links,and imperfect teaching evaluation system.In response to these challenges,in this article we analyze and discuss some countermeasures,namely implementing diversified curriculum,developing individualized training mode,enhancing practical training management,strengthening teacher professional development,promoting“school-enterprise-school”cooperation and constructing teaching evaluation system in vocational normal schools,so as to promote the reform of cultivating food vocational normal school students.
