广东清远鸡产业发展探讨

Exploration into the Development of Qingyuan Chicken Industry in Guangdong Province

无鸡不成宴,一直是广东人民的饮食习惯。广东清远鸡历史悠久,国内外享有盛誉。但是清远鸡产业的发展不尽如人意,至今还未达到百亿产业。本文介绍了国际国内养鸡产业的情况,以及广东清远鸡产业发展的现状,通过采用SWOT的方法,对清远鸡产业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析,最后对清远鸡产业的发展提出了建议。

No banquet without chickens has always been a dietary habit of the people of Guangdong.Guangdong Qingyuan Chicken has a long history and enjoys a high reputation both domestically and internationally.However,the development of Qingyuan chicken industry is not satisfactory,and it has not yet reached a billion dollar industry.This article introduces the situation of the chicken industry both domestically and internationally,as well as the current development status of the chicken industry in Qingyuan,Guangdong.By using the SWOT method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the Qingyuan chicken industry are analyzed,and finally,suggestions for the development of the Qingyuan chicken industry are proposed.
