摘要
在油田开发过程中,油水井管理失衡是比较典型的问题。医院管理的分级诊疗制度是我国基本医疗卫生制度之首,可以借鉴用以解决油田开发中存在的问题。分级措施是油田开发中常用的一种做法,在采油厂措施管理系统中,工序和风险不同的措施方案由不同级别的部门提出,措施越复杂,风险越高,提出部门的级别越高。桥口油田经过30多年的开发,目前处于精细注采调整阶段,开发中存在一些突出的问题:构造断层变化大,难形成有效注采井网;储层物性差,有效注水不足;二氧化碳驱井组气窜腐蚀严重,三次采油风险高。对桥口油田的油水井按照分级原则和分级标准,利用因子水平法对它们进行分级,确定每口油水井的级别。一级油水井对应一级措施,一级措施具有措施优先权,一级水井可以实施深部酸化、气体泡沫调剖、水力压裂等成本较高的措施。2023年桥口油田实施动态调水239井次,一级水井和二级水井调水的占比82.4%,日增油53.1 t,累增油1889 t,取得了显著的增产效果。
In the course of oilfield development,the imbalance of oil-well management is a typical problem.The hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system of hospital management is the first of our country's basic medical and health system,which can be used for reference to solve the problems existing in the development of oil fields.Hierarchical measures are commonly used in oilfield development.In the measures management system of oil extraction plants,measures with different processes and risks are proposed by departments at different levels.The more complex the measures,the higher the risks,and the higher the level of the proposed departments.After more than 30 years of development,Qiaokou oilfield is now in the stage of fine injection-production adjustment,and there are some prominent problems in the development,such as great changes in structural faults,and being difficult to form effective injection-production well pattern.The reservoir physical property is poor and effective water injection is insufficient.The gas channeling corrosion of carbon dioxide flooding group is serious and the risk of tertiary oil recovery is high.According to the classification principle and classification standard,the factor level method is used to classify the oil and water wells in Qiaokou oilfield,and the grade of each oil and water well is determined.The first-level oil and water wells correspond to the first-level measures,and the firstlevel measures have priority.The first-level wells can implement measures with high cost,such as deep acidification,gas foam profile control and hydraulic fracturing.In 2023,dynamic water diversion was carried out in Qiaokou Oilfield for 239 wells,and the proportion of water diversion was 82.4%in primary and secondary wells,with daily oil increase of 53.1 t and cumulative oil increase of 1889 t,achieving significant production increase effect.
