摘要
“水产品加工”是高职院校食品类专业核心课程。文章针对目前水产品加工课程存在的课程内容滞后、教学方法单一、实践教学体系不完善等问题,结合课程特点和行业需要,从优化课程内容、创新教学方法、建设实践基地以及构建双师队伍等方面进行了阐述,以探索在该课程中有效实施教学的途径,更好地调动学生的积极性,从而培养具有创新精神和实践应用能力的高素质技术技能人才。
Aquatic product processing is the core course in the food-related majors of vocational colleges.This article addresses the current issues in the aquatic product processing curriculum such as lagging course content,single teaching method and imperfect practical teaching system.In view of the problems existing in the course of aquatic product processing,this paper combined with the characteristics of the course and the needs of the industry,expounds the optimization of course content,innovation of teaching methods,construction of practice base and construction of double teachers team,so as to explore effective ways to implement teaching in this course and better mobilize the enthusiasm of students.The goal is to cultivate high quality technical talents with innovative spirit and practical application ability.
