对一流大学一流本科生就业创业课程建设的思考

Reflections on the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Employment and Entrepreneurship Courses in First-class Universities

随着教育强国建设不断深入,高等学校毕业生总数屡创新高。在“新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科”建设的大背景下,加强一流本科生就业创业课程建设工作既是一流大学开展学生就业工作的有效途径和重要方法,也是新时代一流大学立德树人工作的重要内容。目前,各高校本科生就业创业课程普遍存在对一流标准认识不到和重视不够、课程内容建设不够完善、教师队伍建设有待加强、课程设置和实际效果与主体需求有差距等四个方面的问题。鉴于此,一流大学应当提高就业创业课程重视程度、规范教学内容、加强教师队伍建设、改善课程设置,建设一流本科生就业创业课程,引导学生顺利步入社会并成为社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,并为其他高校就业创业课程建设提供参考借鉴。

With the deepening of the construction of an educational powerhouse,the total number of graduates of colleges and universities has reached new highs.Under the background of the"four new"construction,strengthening the construction of first-class undergraduate employment and entrepreneurship courses is not only an effective way and important method for first-class universities to carry out student employment work,but also an important content of the work of cultivating virtue and cultivating people in first-class universities in the new era.At present,the employment and entrepreneurship courses of undergraduate students in colleges and universities generally have four problems:lack of understanding and attention to first-class standards,insufficient construction of course content,construction of teachers to be strengthened,and gaps between curriculum settings and actual effects and main needs.In view of this,first-class colleges and universities should increase the degree of course attention,standardize teaching content,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve curriculum design,build first-class undergraduate employment and entrepreneurship courses,guide students to smoothly enter the society and become qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialistcause.
