数字经济赋能农民农村共同富裕的价值意蕴、现实挑战与实践进路

Value Implication,Realistic Challenge and Practical Approach of the Digital Economy Enabling the Common Prosperity of Farmers in Rural Areas

发展数字经济对于稳步实现共同富裕意义重大,以数字经济赋能农民农村共同富裕将为实现高质量乡村振兴和全体人民共同富裕开辟新的路径。数字经济赋能农民农村共同富裕能够有效推动农村产业提质增效、培育造就数字农民、提升农村基本公共服务水平、推动建设和美宜居乡村。然而当前,数字经济在赋能农民农村共同富裕中还存在技术水平有待提升、数字鸿沟依然存在、监管治理亟待强化、相关人才供给不足等现实挑战,对此提出加快技术创新研发、着力缩小数字鸿沟、加强监管治理、强化人才供给等对策建议。

The development of digital economy is of great significance to the steady realization of common prosperity.Enabling farmers to achieve common prosperity in rural areas with digital economy will open a new path for the realization of high-quality rural revitalization and common prosperity of all people.Empowering farmers to achieve common prosperity with digital economy can effectively promote the quality and efficiency of rural industry,cultivate digital farmers,improve the level of rural basic public services,and build a livable countryside.However,at present,the digital economy still has some practical challenges in empowering farmers'common prosperity in rural areas,such as the technical level needs to be improved,the digital gap still exists,the supervision and management need to be strengthened,and the supply of related talents is insufficient.In this regard,it is proposed to accelerate the research and development of technological innovation,focus on narrowing the digital divide,strengthen supervision and governance,and strengthen the supply of talents.
