摘要
目的加强中医医院消毒供应中心管理,保证消毒供应质量,提高临床满意度。方法经过2次改扩建,完善布局流程、规章制度,规范工作流程、质量检测标准,推进集中处置,建立培训制度,针对临床需求提供个性化服务等一系列措施。结果通过三年的质量管理改进,消毒供应质量显著提高,临床满意度从85%提高到96%,工作人员对消毒与灭菌知识的知晓率从52%提高到98%,工作责任感得到增强,供应质量得到保障。结论消毒供应中心采用持续质量管理方法并有效实施,可以有效提高消毒供应质量,保证合格无菌物品的临床供应。
Objective To strengthen the management of the disinfection supply center of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,ensure the quality of disinfection supply,and improve clinical satisfaction.Methods After two renovations and expansions,a series of measures such as improving the layout process,rules and regulations,standardizing workflow and quality testing standards,promoting centralized disposal,establishing a training system,and providing personalized services for clinical needs.Results Through three years of quality management improvement,the quality of disinfection supply has been significantly improved,the clinical satisfaction has increased from 85%to 96%,the awareness of staff’s knowledge of disinfection and sterilization has increased from 52%to 98%,the sense of responsibility has been enhanced,and the quality of supply has been guaranteed.Conclusion The disinfection supply center adopts continuous quality management method and effectively implements it,which can effectively improve the quality of disinfection supply and ensure the clinical supply of qualified sterile goods.
