体检人群高尿酸血症中医体质分布及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Distribution and Influencing Factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of Hyperuricemia in a Physical Examination Population in a Hospital

目的掌握高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia,HUA)人群的体质分布,探讨HUA的易患因素及易患体质。方法收集2022年6月—2023年7月在长春恒康中医医院体检中心符合纳入标准的1215例受试者。以问卷调查的方式收集体检者信息并测定中医体质量表,观察HUA人群中医体质分布情况并通过Logistic回归分析筛选HUA影响因素。结果HUA人群体质占比前3位为湿热质、痰湿质、气虚质。湿热质、痰湿质、气虚质、男性、吸烟、饮酒、BMI、SBP、TG、LDL-C、Scr、AST是HUA的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HUA与中医湿热质、痰湿质、气虚质密切相关,应针对个人体质拟定相应干预方案,预防HUA的发生。

Objective To understand the physical distribution of hyperuricemia(HUA)population,and to explore the predisposing factors and predisposing constitution of HUA.Methods A total of 1215 cases of physical examination people who met the inclusion criteria at the physical examination center of Changchun Hengkang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to July 2023 were collected.A questionnaire survey was used to collect the information of physical examination subjects and measure the TCM body mass scale.The distribution of TCM constitution in the HUA population was observed,and the influencing factors of HUA were screened by logistic regression analysis.Results The top three physiques in the HUA population were dampness-heat,phlegm-dampness,and qi deficiency.Dampness-heat,phlegm-dampness,qi deficiency,male,smoking,alcohol consumption,BMI,SBP,TG,LDL-C,Scr,and AST are risk factors for HUA(P<0.05).Conclusion HUA is closely related to dampness and heat,phlegm dampness,and qi deficiency in TCM,and we should formulate corresponding intervention plans according to individual constitution to prevent the occurrence of HUA.
