火龙罐联合中药治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床观察

Huolong Pot Therapy Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Upper Airway Cough Syndrome in Children

目的探讨火龙罐疗法联合中药治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(痰湿型)的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月广东省清远市中医院儿科门诊收治的150例上气道咳嗽综合征(痰湿型)患儿,根据治疗方案差异分为对照组(40例)、观察组1(58例)和观察组2(52例)。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组1采用火龙罐疗法联合中药治疗,观察组2采用中药治疗。比较各组咳嗽缓解及消失时间和疗效。结果观察组1及观察组2较对照组均能更快地缓解及消除患儿咳嗽症状(P<0.05),相较于观察组2,观察组1能更快地缓解患儿咳嗽症状(P<0.05),但在消除咳嗽时间上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1个月后疗效评估方面,观察组1及观察组2均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组1与观察组2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论火龙罐疗法联合中药治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(痰湿型)疗效确切能更快地缓解及消除患儿咳嗽。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huolong pot therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine in treating upper airway cough syndrome(phlegm-dampness type)in children.Methods A total of 150 patients with upper airway cough syndrome(phlegm-dampness type)were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the control group of 40 cases and the observation group I of 58 cases and the observation group II of 52 cases according to the treatment selected by legal guardian.The control group were given routine Western medical therapy,the observation group I were given Huolong pot therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine,and the observation group II were given Chinese herbal medicine alone.The duration of cough relief,the duration of cough disappearance and curative effect of each group were compared.Results Both observation group I and observation group II were able to relieve and eliminate cough symptoms in children faster than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with observation group II,observation group I was able to relieve cough symptoms in children faster(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the time to eliminate cough(P>0.05).In terms of efficacy evaluation after one month,both observation group I and observation group II were superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between observation group I and observation group II(P>0.05).Conclusion Huolong pot therapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine is effective in treating children with upper airway cough syndrome(phlegm-dampness type),and can relieve and eliminate cough in children more quickly.
