脊柱无创减压系统配合推拿定点旋转复位治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Spinal Noninvasive Decompression System Combined with Massage and Fixed Point Rotation Reduction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察运用脊柱无创减压系统配合推拿、定点旋转复位治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在荣成市中医院住院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。治疗组采用脊柱无创减压系统配合推拿、定点旋转复位治疗,对照组采用传统推拿手法。3周为1疗程,于治疗前和治疗3周以后采用JOA评分及VAS评分对2组患者进行评定。结果治疗后,2组患者JOA评分均升高(P<0.05),VAS评分均降低(P<0.05);治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊柱无创减压系统配合推拿、定点旋转复位治疗较传统治疗可显著提高疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of spinal noninvasive decompression system combined with massage and fixed point rotation reduction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were hospitalized in Rongcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with spinal noninvasive decompression system combined with massage and fixed point rotation reduction,while the control group was treated with traditional massage.The patients in the two groups were evaluated by JOA score and VAS score before and after 3 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,JOA score was increased(P<0.05)and VAS score was decreased(P<0.05)in 2 groups.The improvement degree of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of spinal noninvasive decompression system combined with massage and fixed point rotation reduction can significantly improve the curative effect compared with traditional treatment.
