中医特色志愿护理服务模式在社区居家养老的应用

The Application of Voluntary Nursing Service Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic in Community Home Care for the Elderly

目的分析中医特色志愿护理服务模式在社区居家养老的应用效果。方法采用简单随机抽样法,于2021年3~6月和9~12月,选取南昌市右营街社区50名老年人为观察组,实施中医特色志愿护理服务模式;选取南昌市广场南路社区50名老年人为对照组,实施常规社区护理。比较2组自我管理能力和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组健康知识和护理技能掌握率高于对照组,观察组生活质量和自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色志愿护理服务模式应用于社区居家养老,有利于改善居家老年人的生活质量,提高其自我管理能力,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of voluntary nursing service model of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in community home care for the elderly.Methods Simple random sampling method was used,during the period of March and June,and September and December in 2021,50 elderly people from Youying street community were selected as the observation group,implemented voluntary nursing service model with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Fifty elderly people from South Plaza Road community were selected as the control group,implemented routine community care.The self-management ability and quality of life of the older adults in the 2 groups were compared.Results After intervention,the mastery rates of health knowledge and nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the quality of life and self-management ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the voluntary nursing service model of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in community home-based care is beneficial to improving the quality of life of the elderly at home and enhancing their self-management ability,and is worthy of application.
