基于数据挖掘王晓燕教授治疗儿童抽动障碍脾虚肝亢证用药规律

Medication Rules of Professor Wang Xiaoyan in the Treatment of Tic Disorder in Children with Syndrome of Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity Based on Data Mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术分析并总结王晓燕教授治疗儿童抽动障碍脾虚肝亢证的用药经验。方法收集王教授门诊治疗的脾虚肝亢证抽动障碍患儿,运用中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)建立数据库,对数据库中处方予频次分析、关联规则分析和复杂系统熵聚分析。结果共收集122首方,涉及中药64味,用药频次前11位分别为麸炒白术、麸炒苍术、炙甘草、炒白芍、蝉蜕、柴胡、陈皮、炒莱菔子、炒酸枣仁、炒僵蚕、珍珠母。药物四气以温寒药居多,五味以苦辛甘为主,归经以肝脾肺居多。药物组合频次超过115次的共30组。得到潜在核心组合6组,潜在新方3首。结论王教授治疗儿童抽动障碍脾虚肝亢证用药以寒温并举,辛苦兼施为主,主张肝脾同调,土木并举,选用自拟方柴术调肝理脾汤为基础加减治疗。

Objective Using data mining technology to analyze and summarize Professor Wang Xiaoyan's experience in the treatment of tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome.Methods The effective cases of children with tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome treated by Professor Wang Xiaoyan in the outpatient department were collected,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V 2.5)was used to establish a database,and the frequency of prescriptions in the database,the association rule analysis and the entropy aggregation analysis of complex systems was analyzed.Results A total of 122 prescriptions were collected,involving 64 traditional Chinese medicines.The top 11 drugs were stir fried atractylodes macrocephala,stir fried atractylodes macrocephala with bran,roasted licorice,stir fried paeony,cicada slough,bupleurum chinense,dried tangerine peel,stir fried radish seed,stir fried sour jujube kernel,stir fried silkworm,and mother of pearl.The four herbs are mainly warm and cold,the five herbs are mainly bitter,bitter and sweet,and the meridian tropism is mainly liver,spleen and lung.There were 30 groups with more than 115 drug combinations.6 groups of potential core portfolios and 3 potential new partners were obtained.Conclusion Professor Wang Xiaoyan's treatment of tic disorder in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome is mainly based on the combination of cold and warm with bitter.Professor Wang advocates the combination of liver and spleen,and the combination of civil engineering,selects the self-prepared Chaizhu Tiaogan Lipi decoction as the basic treatment.
