恒古骨伤愈合剂辅助正清风痛宁治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

Henggu Gushang Yuhe Agent Assisted with Zhengqing Fengtongning in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察恒古骨伤愈合剂辅助正清风痛宁关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2021年11月—2023年11月在成都温江赛灵医院中医康复科住院治疗的膝骨关节炎患者300例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组150例(单纯正清风痛宁膝关节腔注射)和观察组150例(口服恒古骨伤愈合剂辅助正清风痛宁关节腔注射)。记录2组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛评分(VAS)、膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)变化,根据治疗前后各项评分指标评价治疗效果。结果治疗1个疗程后,对照组膝关节VAS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lysholm评分明显低于观察组(P<0.05),临床总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论恒古骨伤愈合剂辅助正清风痛宁关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎,疗效优于单纯使用正清风痛宁关节腔灌注。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Henggu Gushang Yuhe agent assisted with Zhengqing Fengtongning intra-articular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 300 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were hospitalized in Chengdu Wenjiang Sailing Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected and divided into a control group of 150 patients(intra-articular injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning intra-articular injection)and observation group of 150 cases(oral Henggu Gushang Yuhe agent assisted with Zhengqing Fengtongning intra-articular injection)by random number table method.The changes of knee pain score(VAS)and knee function score(Lysholm)before and after treatment were recorded and evaluated,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to various scoring indexes before and after treatment.Results After 1 course of treatment,the knee VAS score of control group was higher than that of observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lysholm score of control group was significantly lower than that of observation group(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Henggu Gushang Yuhe agent assisted with Zhengqing Fengtongning intra-articular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is better than that of Zhengqing Fengtongning intra-articular injection.
