龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性湿疹疗效的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Eczema

目的采用Meta分析系统评价龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性湿疹的有效性和安全性。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science等关于龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗急性湿疹的临床随机对照研究(RCT),采用RevMan 5.3.1软件对所纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入10篇文献,共包含870例患者。Meta分析结果显示,龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗急性湿疹的总有效率、瘙痒程度(VAS量表)评分、湿疹的病情严重程度和治疗效果(EASI)评分均优于西药治疗,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗急性湿疹疗效确切,但仍需更多高质量、大样本的双盲RCT提供进一步的可靠证据。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of acute eczema using a meta-analysis system.Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial(RCT)was conducted by searching CNKI,WANGFANG DATA,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and other databases on the modified treatment of acute eczema using Longdan Xiegan decoction.RevMan 5.3.1 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis on the included literature.Results Finally,10 iterature were included,including 870 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate,the score of pruritus degree(VAS scale),the severity of eczema and the therapeutic effect(EASI)score of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of acute eczema were better than those of Western medicine,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on acute eczema,However,more high-quality,large sample double-blind RCTs are still needed to provide further reliable evidence.
