Academic Theory and experience of Professor Xia Guicheng in the Treatment of Ovulatory Disorder Infertility

夏桂成教授开创性地提出了“心(脑)-肾-子宫轴”学说、“月经周期节律调节法”等理念,为中医治疗妇科疑难杂症提供新思路和新方法,尤其在排卵障碍性不孕症的治疗中,夏教授从心(脑)-肾-子宫轴学说角度阐释了病因病机,并开创了补肾调周法,同时注重防治结合,以中医整体观念为中心,运用辨证论治的思想治疗排卵障碍性不孕症,重视患者精神调摄,取得了良好的临床疗效。

Professor Xia Guicheng has creatively proposed the doctrine of“heart(brain)-kidney-uterus axis”and the“menstrual cycle rhythm regulation method”,which provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of difficult gynecological disorders in traditional Chinese medicine.In particular,in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility,Professor Xia has explained the etiology of the disease from the perspective of the heart(brain)-kidney-uterus axis theory,and created the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating cycle method.At the same time,Professor Xia paid attention to the combination of prevention and treatment,centering on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,using the idea of discriminatory treatment to treat ovulatory disorders of infertility,and attaching importance to the patient's spiritual regimen,which has achieved good clinical results.
