中医治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

随着生活压力的增大,复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病率逐渐增加。为了探讨中医治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的方法,系统归纳该病的中医治疗进展,此文检索近10年中医治疗文献,结果表明中医内治法及针灸、针刀、贴敷等为代表的外治法治疗该病有良好疗效。但相关临床研究仍有不足,深入分子生物学机制研究对中医治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡有重大意义。

The incidence of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)is increasing with the increase of life pressure.To explore and conclude the recent traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of RAU,the article is consistent with the main stream internal treatments and external therapies e.g.acupuncture and moxibustion,acupotomy,acupoint sticking therapy and etc.,which were searched and selected from the papers in recent 10 years.The result showed that the therapies of traditional Chinese medicine are useful for curing RAU.However,the further study about molecular mechanism is still significant for lacking of related clinical research.
