摘要
高光谱成像(Hyperspectral imaging,HSI)作为一种创新技术,虽在食品与医疗等领域取得了一定成效,但该技术在数据处理、模型复杂度、图像特性及隐私保护等方面仍面临挑战。通过结合HSI与深度学习,可实现对组织和细胞的详细光谱分析,提供丰富的化学成分和功能状态信息,在食品质量和安全检测、肿瘤检测等领域取得了良好的效果。因此,文章综述了HSI的基本原理、优势及其在食品和医学中的广泛应用,特别是结合深度学习架构,以进一步推动HSI在高效食品检测和精准医疗中的应用。文章旨在为HSI与深度学习结合的研究方向提供参考和启发。
Hyperspectral imaging(HSI),as an innovative technology,has made some achievements in food and medical fields,but it still faces challenges in data processing,model complexity,image characteristics and privacy protection.By combining HSI and deep learning,detailed spectral analysis of tissues and cells can be realized,providing rich chemical composition and functional status information,and achieving good results in food quality and safety detection,tumor detection and other fields.Therefore,this paper reviews the basic principles,advantages and wide application of HSI in food and medicine,especially in combination with deep learning architecture,to further promote the application of HSI in efficient food detection and precision medicine.This paper aims to provide reference and inspiration the research direction of combining HSI and deep learning.
