老年结直肠癌患者自我感知老化与体力活动水平的相关性研究

Association between self-perception of aging and physical activity in elderly patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨老年结直肠癌患者自我感知老化与体力活动水平的相关性,为临床体力活动干预方案的制订提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年7月-2023年3月在山东省济南市3所三级甲等医院就诊或住院的234例结直肠癌患者为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、简版自我感知老化问卷及癌症患者体力活动测定量表对患者进行横断面问卷调查。采用多重线性回归分析探讨老年结直肠癌患者体力活动的影响因素。结果果本研究共发放问卷234份,回收有效问卷221份,问卷有效回收率为94.44%(221/234)。221例老年结直肠癌患者简版自我感知老化问卷得分为(46.28±11.89)分,体力活动为每周52.50(30.00,77.75)h。多重线性回归分析显示,自我感知老化、患病前是否规律体力活动、自评身体健康状况及疾病分期是老年结直肠癌患者体力活动的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年结直肠癌患者的自我感知老化较为消极,体力活动水平较低,医护人员应重视对患者自我感知老化的评估及干预,以提升患者的体力活动水平.

Objective To explore the association between self-perception of aging and physical activity in elderly colorectal cancer patients,so as to provide reference for clinical physical activity intervention programs.Methods From July 2022 to March 2023,convenience sampling was used to select 234 colorectal cancer patients in three Class II Grade A hospitals in Jinan,Shandong Province as participants.Cross-sectional survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire,Brief Ageing Perceptions Questionnaire(B-APQ),and Physical Activity Measurement Scale for Cancer Patients.Multiple linear regression was used to explore the influencing factors of physical activity in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Results A total of 234 questionnaires were distributed,and 221 valid questionnaires were collected,with a valid response rate of 94.44%(221/234).Among 221 elderly patients with colorectal cancer,the score of B-APQ was(46.28±11.89),and physical activity was 52.50(30.00,77.75)hours per week.Multiple linear regression showed that self-perception of aging,regular physical activity before illness,self-evaluation of physical health,and disease stage were the influencing factors of physical activity in elderly colorectal cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly patients with colorectal cancer tend to have a negative perception of aging and low levels of physical activity.Medical and nursing staff should attach importance to the assessment and intervention of patients'self-perception of aging to improve their physical activity.
