中药熏洗护理与核心肌群训练对产后腰痛患者疼痛和腰部功能的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Care and Core Muscle Training on Pain and Waist Function in Patients with Postpartum Low Back Pain

目的:研究中药熏洗护理与核心肌群训练对产后腰痛患者疼痛和腰部功能的影响。方法:按照纳入标准严格筛选84例2020年1月~2023年5月在江西宜春市中医院就诊的产后腰痛患者,信封法随机分为两组,对照组42例开展常规护理,观察组42例在对照组基础上开展中药熏洗护理与核心肌群训练,比较两组疼痛评分(NRS)、腰部功能(ODI指数)及生活质量评分。结果:两组护理后NRS评分和ODI指数均下降(P<0.05),生活质量评分升高(P<0.05),且观察组NRS评分和ODI指数低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗护理与核心肌群训练不仅可以改善产后腰痛患者疼痛症状,还能够减轻腰部功能障碍,继而提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation care and core muscle training on pain and waist function in patients with postpartum low back pain.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,84 patients with postpartum low back pain who were treated in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yichun City,Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to May 2023 were strictly screened and randomly divided into 2 groups using the envelope method.42 patients in the control group received routine care,and 42 patients in the observation group.On the basis of routine care,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation care and core muscle group training.The pain score(NRS),waist function(ODI index)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the NRS score and ODI index of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the quality of life score increased(P<0.05).The NRS score and ODI index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life The score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation care and core muscle training can not only improve the pain symptoms of patients with postpartum low back pain,but also reduce waist dysfunction,thereby improving the patient’s quality of life.
