安徽省中学生体能指数与心理亚健康的关联关系研究

摘要 目的:随着经济和科技的发展,儿童青少年的心理健康问题已经成为社会广泛关注的问题。通过对青少年心理健康影响因素的研究,了解影响青少年心理健康状态的因素对于改善青少年心理亚健康水平有着重要意义。方法:通过对安徽省968名12~14岁的中学生进行心理健康与体能测试,以获取相关数据。然后通过单因素方差分析、Logistic回归分析探寻体能指数与心理亚健康的关联性。结果:中学生的体能指数水平<25 th时,心理亚健康的检出率为15.3%;在中等水平(25-75 th)时,心理亚健康的检出率为7.7%;而在高水平(>75 th)时,心理亚健康的检出率为6.8%。这些结果具有统计学意义(χ^(2)值=14.232,P<0.01)。不同的体能指数情况下,发生心理亚健康风险较高的是低体能指数的中学生(OR=2.500,95%CI:1.360~4.597),两者呈现出负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论与建议:安徽中学生的体能指数和心理亚健康之间的关系是负相关关系。建议通过提升中学生的体能指数的途径,来更好的改善中学生心理亚健康问题,全面促进中学生的身心健康发展。 Objective:With the development of technology and economic level,the psychological health issues of children could be high social attention problem.It is of great significance to understand the factors affecting adolescent mental health status to improve the level of adolescent mental sub-health.Methods:Data were obtained by conducting mental health and physical fitness tests on 968 middle school students aged 12-14 in Anhui.One-way analysis of variance and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between physical fitness index and Mental sub-health.Results:When the physical fitness index level of middle school students is less than the 25th,the detection rate of psychological sub-health is 15.3%.When it at a moderate level(25-75th),the detection rate of psychological sub-health is 7.7%.When it at a high level(>75th),the detection rate of psychological sub-health is 6.8%.And above results have statistical significance(χ^(2) value=14.232,P<0.01).A negative correlation between the low grade physical fitness index(OR=2.500,95%CI:1.360~4.597)and sub-mental health was observed in secondary school students in Suzhou City,compared to middle school students with a high physical fitness index(P<0.01).Conclusion and Suggest:This research result indicates that the higher the physical fitness index of middle school students,the lower the degree of mental sub-health.The improvement of physical fitness index will also have a corresponding positive impact on preventing mental sub-health problems.Currently and in the future,we should improve the physical fitness index level of students,in order to better improvement and resolution of mental sub-health difficulties.
