摘要
工业级金刚石合成技术经过长足的发展,无论是在合成设备还是在合成工艺方面皆有了极大的进步。在不改变合成设备的基础上,通过用Φ52.0 mm的合成腔体调整石墨合成柱的重量,研究石墨合成柱重量对工业级金刚石合成的影响。结果显示,石墨合成柱重量对工业级金刚石合成的单块产量、转化率和优晶比例及静压强度等质量因素有重大影响。当石墨合成柱重量为255.0 g时,其单块产量为255.7 ct,转化率为0.96,且此时优晶占比达47%,主峰粒度的静压强度为346 N。
The industrial-grade diamond synthesis technology has made significant strides,with considerable advancements in both synthesis equipment and processes.Without altering the synthesis equipment,the impact of the weight of graphite synthesis columns on the synthesis of industrial-grade diamonds was investigated by adjusting the weight of graphite synthesis columns withΦ52.0 mm synthesis cavities.The results indicate that the weight of the graphite synthesis column significantly affects quality factors such as the monolithic yield,conversion rate,eutectic ratio,and hydrostatic strength of industrial-grade diamond synthesis.When the weight of the graphite synthesis column is 255.0 g,its monolithic yield is 255.7 carats,the conversion rate is 0.96,and the proportion of eutectic crystals reaches 47%.At this weight,the hydrostatic compressive strength of the main peak size is 346 N.
