档案开放利用不断深化的过程中,隐私泄露风险也随之加大,带动了隐私保护问题的进一步研究。基于法律法规、学界研究以及公众实践视角,利用文献分析法分析了当前我国在档案开放利用中隐私保护研究的现状,并在此基础上提出了明确档案个人隐私保护规范;前端控制完善隐私保护细则;规范查档流程;加强监管体系,完善救济制度;提升档案工作人员隐私保护意识;深化公众档案隐私保护教育等提升策略。
