摘要
从剖析科技档案管理的现状及存在的问题出发,基于大语言模型在信息处理中的优势,分析大语言模型在科技档案管理中的三个应用场景,分别为聚焦服务知识应用的场景1.0,支持知识生产的场景2.0,激发科技行业新生态的场景3.0;最后指出了大语言模型应用带来的挑战,包括AI生成内容的知识产权问题、信息安全风险、内容质量控制及人员的人工智能素养要求等。为大语言模型赋能下的科技档案管理智能化、高效化发展提供理论框架与实践导向。
Starting from analyzing the current situation and existing problems of science and technology Archives management,based on the advantages of the Large Language Model in information processing,three application scenarios of the Large Language Model in science and technology Archives management are proposed.The three application scenarios are namely the scenario 1.0 that focuses on service knowledge application,the scenario 2.0 that supports knowledge production,and the scenario 3.0 that helps to form a healthy science and technology ecosystem;Finally,the challenges brought by LLM application are pointed out,including intellectual property issues related to AI generated content,information security risks,content quality control,and new requirements for AI accomplishment.This provides a theoretical framework and practical guidance for the intelligent and efficient development of archive management under LLM empowerment.
