摘要
总体国家安全观是以习近平同志为核心的党中央在面临严峻复杂的国际国内形势和繁重艰巨的改革发展稳定任务,积极顺应时代发展大势,把国家安全工作摆在更加突出位置所创造性提出的科学观点。将总体国家安全观融入高校思想政治教育是贯彻落实总体国家安全观的客观要求,是深化高校爱国主义、集体主义和社会主义教育的现实需要,也是铸牢大学生中华民族共同体意识的重要抓手。将总体国家安全观融入高校思想政治教育需遵循理论性与实践性统一、全面性与针对性统一、知识性与价值性统一的原则,形成以学生为根本、以教师为主导、以课堂为阵地、以文化为载体的国家安全教育体系,努力推动总体国家安全观入脑入心,着力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
The overall national security concept is a scientific viewpoint creatively proposed by the Central Committee of CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,in the face of severe and complex international and domestic situations and arduous tasks of reform,development,and stability,actively adapting to the trend of the times and placing national security work in a more prominent position.The integration of the overall national security concept into ideological and political education in higher education institutions is a requirement for implementing the overall national security concept,a need to deepen patriotism,collec⁃tivism,and socialist education in higher education institutions,and an important means to strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation among college and university students.The integration of the overall national security concept into ideological and political education in higher education institutions must follow the basic principles of theory and practice,comprehensive⁃ness and pertinence,knowledge and value,and form a national security education system with students as the foundation,teach⁃ers playing the dominant role,the classroom as the battlefield,and culture as the carrier.This will promote the integration of the overall national security concept into the mind and heart,and cultivate new generations who ease the nation's worries,tackle the nation's challenges and fulfill their responsibilities to the nation.
