摘要
目的:调查肝移植儿童照护者对患儿疾病进展的担忧现状,并分析其影响因素,为实现个性化健康管理提供依据。方法:便利选取2023年10月至2024年2月,在上海市某三级甲等医院肝脏外科的334例肝移植围手术期患儿的照护者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、父母疾病进展担忧量表、简易版疾病认知问卷、医学应对方式量表进行调查。结果:儿童肝移植照护者疾病进展担忧总分为(48.16±8.87)分。多元回归分析显示疾病认知、屈服的应对方式是该群体照护者疾病进展担忧的影响因素。结论:儿童肝移植照护者疾病进展担忧水平较高,其对患儿疾病进展存在负性认知,医学应对方式仍需要强化;医护人员应重视其消极心理,鼓励积极应对,以降低担忧水平。
Objective:To investigate the current status of fear of progression of caregivers whose children have received liver transplantation and analyze the influencing factors,to provide a basis for offering personalized health management.Methods:From October 2023 to February 2024,334 pediatric caregivers of children both before and after liver transplantation were selected,and surveyed using a general information questionnaire,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form/Parents,Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire,and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire.Results:The total score of fear of progression in pediatric caregivers of children with liver transplantation was 48.16±8.87.Moreover,according to multiple regression analysis,illness perception and submissive coping modes were influential factors of fear of progression in pediatric caregivers of children undergoing liver transplantation.Conclusion:Pediatric caregivers of patients receiving liver transplant have not only a high level of fear of progression,but also negative thoughts about the disease progression,and their medical coping modes need to be strengthened.Therefore,healthcare workers should pay attention to the negative thoughts of these caregivers and encourage positive coping among them in order to reduce their fear.
