摘要
在学生访谈的基础上,采用“理查德森量表”的20个指标体系对导游专业在校生和毕业生进行问卷调研,结果显示学生在旅游景区就业的意愿不高且随着年级升高而下降,旅游景区的工作与学生择业期待契合度不高,通过配对样本t检验和IPA分析,根据结果从学校、企业和政府三个层面提出了发展对策。
Based on interviews with students,a questionnaire survey was conducted on students and graduates majoring in tour guide by using 20 index system of Richardson Scale.The results showed that students had low willingness to work in tourist attractions,their willingness decreased as their grade increased and the job in tourist attractions did not match the students’career expectations well.According to the paired sample t-test and IPA analysis,the development countermeasures are put forward from three levels:school,enterprise and government.
