摘要
老子“行不言之教”思想看重“不言”的教育方式,主张通过教育者潜移默化的引导与影响,帮助受教育者自然而然地提升认知、涵养德性。它要求教育过程遵循自然之道,强调教育者的“身教”,注重受教育者的自我体悟。老子“行不言之教”思想启示高校思想政治教育:在理念转变上,尊重大学生个性发展,走出功利主义误区;在方法优化上,重视隐性教育,发挥“身教”与“言传”的互补作用,增强大学生主体意识;在主体间关系上,维护思想政治教育工作者与大学生平等和谐的伙伴关系,构建教学相长的师生关系。
Lao Tzu’s philosophy of“teaching without words”emphasizes the educational method of“not speaking”,advocating that through the subtle guidance and influence of educators,they can naturally improve their cognition and grow their moral character.It requires the educational process to follow the natural way,emphasizes the“role model”of educators,and focuses on the self realization of learners.This kind of thinking inspires ideological and political education in universities:in achieving the goal,we should respect the individual development of college students and break away from the utilitarian misconception;In terms of method optimization,we should attach importance to implicit education,give full play to the complementary role of“teaching by example”and“speaking by example”,and enhance the subjectivity of college students;Concerning inter subject relationships,we should maintain an equal and harmonious partnership between educators and college students,and build a teacher-student relationship that promotes mutual growth in teaching and learning.
