摘要
“双师型”教师成长过程具有动态性和模糊性,需要明确成长路径变化趋势。文章综合考虑“双师型”教师的师德师风、理论教学、实践教学、教科研能力、社会服务等内在特质,形成“双师型”教师成长性评价指标体系。通过自我更新取向理论和动态模糊理论明确各级评价指标的动态模型值,直观展示了某高职院校“双师型”教师成长性等级及变化趋势。结果表明,该院校整体的成长性等级处于生存关注阶段,趋势是向好的方向发展。
The growth process of“double-qualified”teachers has the characteristics of dynamics and fuzziness,and the changing trend of the growth path needs to be clarified.The article comprehensively considers the inherent qualities of“double-qualified”teachers such as teacher ethics and style,theoretical teaching,practical teaching,teaching and research abilities,and social services,and forms an evaluation index system for the growth of“double-qualified”teachers.Through the self-renewal orientation theory and dynamic fuzzy theory,the dynamic model values of evaluation indexes at all levels are clarified to intuitively display the growth level and changing trend of“double-qualified”teachers in a certain vocational college.The results show that the overall growth level of the college is in the survival and concern stage,and the trend is developing in a good direction.
