摘要
人才队伍建设是公共图书馆事业繁荣发展的重要支撑,图书馆学会应当为公共图书馆人才队伍建设提供重要保障。文章总结了图书馆学会参与公共图书馆人才队伍建设的3个模式,通过对图书馆学会推动公共图书馆人才队伍建设的优势及新质生产力环境下公共图书馆人才队伍建设的机遇与挑战的分析,提出了强化人才队伍建设顶层设计、深化继续教育工作、多元合作实现互利共赢、健全激励机制、强化馆员积极性等新质生产力环境下图书馆学会推动公共图书馆人才队伍建设的策略。
Talent development is a crucial support for the prosperity and development of public libraries.Library societies should provide significant support for talent development within public libraries.This article summarizes three models through which library societies can participate in talent development within public libraries.By analyzing the advantages of library societies in promoting talent development,as well as the opportunities and challenges in the environment of new quality productive forces,this paper proposes strategies such as strengthening top-level design for talent development,deepening continuing education,achieving mutual benefits through diverse collaborations,and improving incentive mechanisms to enhance staff motivation.
