摘要
人才是第一资源,硬实力、软实力,归根到底要靠人才实力。随着公共图书馆事业从高效能发展迈向高质量发展阶段,必然需要有高素质人才与之相匹配。文章以广州图书馆新馆开放10年以来人才培养机制为例,总结不同发展规划时期人才队伍建设的策略,据此提出高质量发展下公共图书馆开展人才培养的建议。
With the development of public library from high efficiency to high-quality,it is necessary to have high-quality talents to match it.Taking the talent training mechanism of Guangzhou Library since the opening of the new library for 10 years as an example,this paper summarizes the strategies of talent team construction in different development planning periods,and puts forward suggestions on how to carry out talent training in public libraries under high-quality development.
