摘要
通过定量分析和案例研究,对已开通微信公众号的三甲医院图书馆进行调研,基于微信传播指数(WCI)评估医学图书馆微信阅读推广效果。文章以浙江大学医学院附属第一医院图书馆为案例,结合PDCA循环的方式,采用问卷调查调研医护人员的需求,根据获得的结果对微信平台阅读推广的形式、内容进行改进,以便在医院图书馆开展有针对性、个性化、特色化的阅读推广活动。
Through quantitative analysis and case study,we investigated the libraries of the top three hospitals that have opened WeChat official account,and evaluated the effect of WeChat reading promotion of medical libraries based on the WeChat Communication Index(WCI).The article takes the library of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine as a case study,combined with the PDCA cycle,and uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the needs of medical staff.Based on the results obtained,the form and content of WeChat platform reading promotion are improved in order to carry out targeted,personalized,and distinctive reading promotion activities in the hospital library.
