摘要
选取2012—2021年间河南省17个省辖市和济源示范区数据,采用数据包络分析法对文旅融合效率进行测评,揭示其差异和变化趋势。结果表明,河南省文旅融合整体效率不高,但全要素生产率呈上升趋势;高效率值区域主要分布在中部、西部和北部地区,并呈现出由西北向东南逐渐降低的趋势;河南省文旅融合效率的空间关联度较低,仅郑州市、洛阳市和焦作市呈现出技术效率和规模效率较高的集聚现象。基于研究结果,提出优化资源配置、实施跨界融合战略,优化空间布局、实施区域带动战略,优化产品质量、促进新兴业态发展,优化区域合作、促进区域创新发展的建议,以促进河南省文旅产业的高质量融合和可持续发展。
The researchers selected the data of 17 provincially-administered cities and Jiyuan Demonstration Area in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021 and used the data envelopment analysis method to evaluate the efficiency of culture-tourism integration to reveal its differences and trends.The results show that the overall efficiency is not high,but the total factor productivity is on the rise;the high efficiency value area is mainly distributed in the central,western and northern regions,and it shows a decreasing trend from northwest to southeast;the spatial correlation degree of the integration efficiency is low,and Zhengzhou City,Luoyang City and Jiaozuo City show the high agglomeration phenomenon of technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Based on these research results,this research proposes suggestions such as optimizing resource allocation,implementing cross-border integration strategies,optimizing spatial layout,implementing regional driving strategies,optimizing product quality,promoting the development of emerging formats,optimizing regional cooperation,and promoting regional innovation and development,so as to promote the high-quality integration and sustainable development of the culture and tourism industry in Henan Province.
