40.5 kV气体绝缘环网柜复合套管和连接铜排区域的电场仿真及优化

Electric Field Simulation and Optimization of Composite Bushing and Connecting Copper Bar Area of 40.5 kV Gas⁃insulated Ring Main Unit

摘要 针对某型号40.5 kV气体绝缘环网柜开关室中复合套管和连接铜排区域容易发生局部放电现象,导致柜体绝缘性能降低的问题,采用SolidWorks软件对复合套管与连接铜排区域建立三维模型,借助Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件对复合套管与连接铜排区域进行了电场仿真,结果表明:内六角圆柱头螺钉端部、引弧静触头顶端、连接铜排顶端、连接铜排折弯处的电场较为集中。在此基础上采取改变内六角螺钉的类型、在引弧静触头顶端增加均压屏蔽罩、加大连接铜排的圆角折弯半径和增加连接铜排与外壳前面板之间的距离等4种结构优化措施,有效地降低了套管和连接铜排区域的电场强度。最后,将优化后的复合套管和连接铜排进行样机组装并通过了绝缘试验验证。 In view of partial discharge phenomenon of composite bushing and connecting copper bar area in the com⁃partment of a certain type of 40.5 kV gas insulated ring main unit,which leads to the reduction of the insulation per⁃formance of the ring main unit,the SolidWorks software is used to set up a three⁃dimensional model of the composite bushing and connecting copper bar area,and then Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software is used to simu⁃late the electric field of the composite bushing and connecting copper bar area.The results show that the electric field is concentrated on the end of the hexagon socket cylindrical head screw,top of the stationary contact of arc initiation,top of the connecting copper bar and the bending position of the connecting copper bar.On this basis,such four struc⁃tural optimization measures as change of the type of hexagon socket screw,addition of a grading shield on the top of the stationary contact of arc initiation,increase of the bending radius of the rounded corner connecting copper bar the increase of the distance between the connecting copper bar and the front panel of the enclosure are adopted to effec⁃tively reduce the electric field intensity near the composite bushing and connecting copper bar area.Finally,the opti⁃mized composite bushing and connecting copper bar are assembled and the prototype has passed the insulation test verification.
