适用于多并行线路功率平衡的电磁式潮流控制方法

摘要 随着电网互联互通进程推进,各区域电网之间依靠联络线连接成一个整体,其中,多并行线路在运行过程中可能出现潮流分布不平衡现象,这一点可能威胁电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对该问题,提出了一种由电压移相器和电压调节器串联组成的电磁式潮流控制器的拓扑结构,分析其潮流调控机理,并提出一种应用于多并行线路功率平衡调节的电磁式潮流控制器控制策略。通过坐标转化将三相电力系统电路方程转化在dq坐标下,实现对调节线路的有功、无功独立控制。双线路并联仿真结果表明,所提控制策略能够良好的应用于电磁式潮流控制器,针对负荷变动的电力系统具有良好的调节效果,调节误差小,采用电磁式潮流控制器具有很高的经济性和耐用性。 With the advancement of the interconnection process of power grid,the regional power grids are connect⁃ed as a whole by tie lines,in which,the unbalance of power flow distribution during the operation of the multiple parallel lines may be occurred and the safe and stable operation of the power system may be threatened.In view of this issue,a topological structure of electromagnetic power flow controller composed of voltage phase shifter and voltage regulator in series is proposed.The power flow regulation mechanism is analyzed,and an electromagnetic power flow controller control strategy for power balance regulation of multiple parallel lines is proposed.The three⁃phase power system circuit equation is transformed into dq coordinates through coordinate transformation to achieve independent control of active and reactive power of the regulating circuit.The simulation results of the two⁃line in parallel show that the proposed control strategy can be well applied to the electromagnetic power flow controller.It has a good regulation effect for the power system with load fluctuation and small regulation error.The adoption of electromagnetic power flow controller has a high economical efficiency and durability.
