摘要
在电气化铁路的弓网系统滑动电接触中,受压力载荷影响的载流效率、载流相对稳定系数、磨损率、接触电阻是反映弓网摩擦和受流效果的重要参数。利用实验数据,通过蛇算法优化极限学习机得到四个参数的预测模型,以此为基础建立最优压力载荷目标函数;针对压力载荷寻优问题提出一种参考点生成方式对非支配排序遗传算法—Ⅲ进行改进,并对压力载荷进行寻优得到均匀广泛的pareto前沿解集;采用CRITIC法计算pareto前沿解集的客观权重,考虑机车运行速度的影响引入自适应因子,得到自适应权重,最终通过虚拟最劣解TOPSIS法决策确定最优压力载荷,为弓网压力载荷的主动控制提供理论基础。
In the sliding electrical contact of pantograph⁃catenary system of railway electrification system,the cur⁃rent carrying efficiency,current carrying relative stability coefficient,wear rate and the contact resistance affected by pressure load are important parameters reflecting the pantograph catenary friction and current collection effect.First⁃ly,the experimental data is used,the prediction model of four parameters is obtained by optimizing the extreme learn⁃ing machine with snake algorithm.On this basis,the optimal pressure load objective function is set up.As for the pressure load optimization,a reference point generation method is proposed to improve the non⁃dominated sorting ge⁃netic algorithm⁃Ⅲ.The pressure load is optimized to obtain a uniform and wide pareto solution set.The CRITIC method is used to calculate the objective weight of pareto solution set.Considering the influence of speed of train,an adaptive factor is introduced to obtain the adaptive weight.Finally,the optimal pressure load is determined by TOP⁃SIS method of virtual worst solution so to provide theoretical basis for active control of pressure load of pantograph⁃catenary system.
