基于配置协调优化的多站融合供电调峰运行方法研究

摘要 针对多站融合造成的供电区域配电网功率波动和调峰压力,研究一种基于配置协调优化的多站融合供电调峰运行方法。在多站融合供电区域架构的基础上,提出多站融合供电区域储能调峰控制策略,并结合该策略创建多站融合供电区域储能容量配置协调优化模型;以多站融合协调运行总效益最优为目标函数,在光伏电站出力、储能电站出力和充电站约束条件下,利用量子万有引力搜索算法求解所建模型,获得多站融合协调运行总效益最优时的供电区域储能配置容量,实现多站融合供电调峰运行。实验结果表明:该方法能获得满足不同极限场景的多站融合供电区域储能容量配置方案,并能实现用电负荷高峰期和低谷期的有效调峰。 To address the issues of the power fluctuation and peak shaving pressure of the distribution network in a power supply area caused by multi-station integration,the multi-station integrated power supply peak shaving operation method based on configuration coordination optimization is studied.Based on the framework of the multi-station integrated power supply area,the energy storage peak shaving control strategy of the multi-station integrated power supply area is proposed.Combined with this strategy,a coordinated optimization model for energy storage capacity allocation in the multi-station integrated power supply area is built.Taking the optimal total benefit of multi-station integrated coordinated operation as the objective function,the model is solved using the quantum gravitation search algorithm under the constraints of outputs of the photovoltaic power station output and the energy storage power station and the charging station to obtain the energy storage allocation capacity of the power supply area,with the optimal total benefit of the multi-station integrated and coordinated operation,and realize the peak shaving operation of the multi-station integrated power supply.The experimental results indicate that the method can obtain energy storage capacity configuration schemes for multi-station integrated power supply areas that meet different limit scenarios,and can effectively regulate peak and valley periods of electricity consumption.
