基于ADMM的分布式光伏最大接入容量评估方法研究

摘要 随着配电网中分布式光伏的渗透率不断提高,对配电网的运行和控制提出了新的要求,为确保配电网在安全阈值内稳定运作,评估配电网所能接纳的分布式光伏的最大容量至关重要。考虑到集中式计算成本高、通信要求高、可靠性差,难以适应分布式光伏大规模接入的配电网实际需求,该文提出一种基于ADMM(alternating direction method of multipliers)的分布式光伏最大接入容量评估方法。以分布式光伏的接入容量和配电网线路的有功功率损耗为目标函数,考虑配电网潮流方程约束、节点电压约束、线路载流容量约束等;通过对模型进行简化,将非凸的优化问题转化为凸二次规划问题,并采用ADMM进行分布式求解,得到不同运行工况下各区域分布式光伏的接入策略;以IEEE-33系统为例进行仿真计算,实验结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 With the continuous increase in the penetration rate of distributed photovoltaics in the distribution network,new requirements have been put forward for the operation and control of the distribution network.To ensure the stable operation of the distribution network within the safety threshold,it is crucial to evaluate the maximum capacity of distributed photovoltaics that the distribution network can accept.Given that the high cost,higher communication requirements and poor reliability of centralized computing.It can hardly meet the actual requirements of the distribution network for large-scaled distributed photovoltaic access.Therefore,this paper proposes an ADMM-based distributed PV maximum access capacity evaluation method.The method takes the distributed photovoltaic access capacity plus the active power loss of the distribution network line as its objective function,and takes into account the power flow equation constraints,node voltage constraints,and line current carrying capacity constraints of the distribution network.By simplifying the model,the non convex optimization issue is converted into convex quadratic programming issue,and the ADMM algorithm is used to solve the distributed solution to obtain the access strategy of distributed PVs in various regions under different operating conditions.Finally,the IEEE-33 system is used as an example to simulate the calculation,and the experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
