摘要
工科课程是工程科学中的教育课程,具有实践性和应用性强、技术导向明确、数学和科学基础要求高、创新和设计思维发散的特点。以工科课程中的农产品加工工艺学为例,秉承“立德树人”的教育根本任务,培养出具有较高专业素养、政治素养、德育水平的应用型技术人才为目标,充分挖掘农产品加工工艺学的思政元素,将课程思政育人与创新创业教育有机融合。充分探讨课程内容与“双创”教育的有机融合,同时提出两者融合的推广路径,以期为农产品加工工艺学课程育人和“双创”教育融合的改革提供重要参考。
Engineering courses are educational courses in engineering science,characterized by strong practicality and applicability,clear technical orientation,high requirements for mathematical and scientific foundations,and divergent innovation and design thinking.This study takes Agricultural Product Processing Technology in engineering courses as an example.Adhering to the fundamental task of education,which is to cultivate applied technical talents with high professional literacy,political literacy,and moral education level,we aim to fully tap into the ideological and political elements of Agricultural Product Processing Technology,and organically integrate curriculum ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education.We fully explored the organic integration of course content and entrepreneurship education,and proposed a promotion path for the integration of the two,in order to provide reference for the reform and reform of the integration of Agricultural Product Processing Technology course education and entrepreneurship education.
