摘要
“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0实施以来,卓越拔尖人才培养表现出卓越与拔尖、基础与应用、专业与行业的全面融合。研究型行业特色高校依托其“优势行业主导的多学科布局”的学科群基本特征,在面向行业的卓越拔尖人才培养中发挥着重要作用。本文基于工程领域卓越拔尖人才的三种融合创新能力分析,关注基础研究、应用基础研究、应用研究的人才培养融合问题,聚焦于面向解决复杂工程问题的卓越拔尖创新人才分类分层自主培养模式探索与实践,以期为我国行业特色高校培养卓越拔尖创新人才提供借鉴。
Since the implementation of the“Six Excellences and One-notch Top”2.O plan,the cultivation of excellence and top-notch talents has demonstrated a comprehensive integration of excellence and top-notch qualities,fundamental and applied aspects,and professional and industrial fields.Industry-characteristics research university,relying on their basic characteristics of a“multidisciplinary layout dominated by advantageous industries”,play a crucial role in the cultivation of excellence and top-notch talents oriented towards industries.This paper,based on the analysis of three integrated innovative abilities of excellence and top-notch talents in the field of engineering,focuses on the integration issues of talent cultivation in basic research,applied basic research,and applied research.It delves into the exploration and practice of a categorized and stratified self-cultivation model aimed at nurturing top-notch innovative talents capable of addressing complex engineering problems.The goal is to provide reference and insights for the cultivation of excellence and top-notch innovative talents in China's industry-characteristic university.
