摘要
信息时代交叉学科的重要性日益凸显,培养具备跨学科背景的人才已然成为教育和研究的重要任务。复旦大学-芬兰图尔库大学“健康技术”国际硕士双学位项目作为一个具有创新意义的实践探索,致力于实施交叉学科人才培养,并以此推动跨学科科研交流合作、催化科技创新。该模式以跨学院合作的人才培养项目作为多维交叉融合的聚力点,以与教学相辅相成的科研活动为延展支撑,在产学融合和国际元素的赋能下,形成教研协同驱动的良性循环。本文对其实施过程进行分析和总结,从工科视角探索交叉学科人才培养的路径,以期为高校未来开展类似人才培养项目和实践提供可复制的经验借鉴,为新工科实施提供新的思路和策略。
In information age,the significance of interdisciplinary studies is becoming increasingly prominent,and nurturing individuals with interdisciplinary backgrounds has become an important task in education and research.The Fudan-UTU International Double Master's Degree Programme in Health Technology,as a pioneering initiative,aims to implement interdisciplinary talent development and foster cross-disciplinary research collaboration,thereby driving technological innovation.The model behind is to position this programme as the central hub for multidimensional integration,where teaching and research activities mutually support and enhance each other.This is further strengthened by leveraging industry-academia collaboration and incorporating international elements,resulting in a cohesive and mutually reinforcing cycle.This article analyzes and summarizes the implementation process of this programme,exploring the pathway of interdisciplinary talent cultivation from an engineering perspective.Its goal is to provide replicable experiences and insights for future similar programmes and practices in universities,as well as to offer new ideas and strategies for the implementation of Emerging Engineering Education.
