摘要
在双碳目标的政策引领下,新质生产力的崛起和新工科教育的推进为储能科学与工程领域的人才培养提出了新的挑战与机遇。南京工业大学作为国内储能领域教育和研究的先行者,急需在新的社会环境和政策导向下,对储能科学与工程本科专业的教育模式进行创新和探索,以培养更加符合未来能源发展需求的高素质、创新型人才。本文探讨了这一背景下,如何构建符合未来能源系统需求的储能专业人才培养模式。首先,指出了双碳政策对储能专业人才培养提出的新要求,包括增强学生的低碳技术理解能力、系统优化能力以及创新思维。其次,探讨了在新质生产力崛起的背景下,如何通过跨学科融合、创新实践以及与企业的深度合作,加强学生的实践能力和创新能力培养。最后,基于新工科教育理念,提出了储能科学与工程专业课程体系和教学方法的改革策略,以及如何通过灵活和开放的培养方案,为学生提供个性化的学习路径选择,从而更好地适应快速发展的能源行业需求。本文旨在为储能科学与工程本科专业教育模式的创新与探索提供思路和策略,以支持中国能源转型和可持续发展目标的实现,为储能领域乃至新能源领域输送更多高素质、创新型人才。
Under the guidance of the policy of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality",the rise of high-quality development and the promotion of new engineering education pose new challenges and opportunities for talent training in the area of energy store science and engineering.Nanjing Tech University,as a pioneer of education and research in the field of energy storage in China,urgently needs to innovate and explore the education mode of undergraduate major in energy storage science and engineering under the new social environment and policy guidance,so as to cultivate high-quality and innovative talents that are more in line with the needs of future energy development.In this context,this paper discusses how to build a training mode for energy storage professionals that meets the needs of future energy systems.First of all,the paper points out the new requirements of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policy for the training of energy storage professionals,including enhancing students'understanding ability of low-carbon technology,system optimization ability,and innovative thinking.Secondly,the article discusses how to strengthen the cultivation of students'practical and innovative abilities through interdisciplinary integration,innovative practice,and in-depth cooperation with enterprises under the background of the rise of high-quality development.Finally,based on the new concept of engineering education,this paper puts forward the curriculum system reform strategy and teaching methodologies of energy storage science and engineering specialty,and how to provide students with personalized learning path selection through flexible and open training programs,so as to better adapt to the needs of the rapidly developing energy industry.The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas and strategies for the innovation and exploration of the undergraduate education paradigm of energy storage science and engineering,to support the realization of China's energy transformation and sustainable development goals,and to deliver more high-quality and innovative talents to the energy storage field and even the new energy field.
