摘要
“工科理科化”是一个需要辩证看待的复杂现实问题。人才培养理科化、科学研究理科化及管理评价理科化是“工科理科化”的主要表征。从生成路径来看,“工科理科化”不止关乎一般认识到的高校层面,还涉及政府、企业等主体。各方务必围绕工科发展之大计合力阻断“工科理科化”:政府应主导推动工科教育“大中小学一体化”,改善工科教育的外在支持环境;高校要悦纳及支持企业对工科教育的适当参与,优化“产学研用”融合,完善工科教育管理评价机制;企业应找准自身定位,主动为工科教学科研服务。
“Scientification of engineering”is a complex and realistic issue that requires dialectical consideration.The scientification of talent training,scientific research and management evaluation are the main representations of the“scientification of engineering”.From the perspective of its generation path,the“scientification of engineering”involves not only universities,which are generally recognized,but also governments and enterprises.All parties must work together to prevent the“scientification of engineering”in line with the overall development of engineering.The government should take the lead in promoting the“integration of universities,middle schools and primary schools”in engineering education,improving the external support environment for engineering education.Universities should accept and support the appropriate participation of enterprises in engineering education,optimize the integration of“industry,academia,research and application”,and improve the management and evaluation mechanism of engineering education.Enterprises should find their proper positioning and proactively serve engineering teaching and research.
