摘要
车辆电动化、智能化及网联化发展促使车辆行业产业布局发生重构,车辆工程知识体系呈现显著多学科交叉融合特征,单一学科为主设立的车辆工程专业研究生课程体系,难以满足新能源车辆企业对人才知识储备的需求。结合知识生产模式转型及多学科对原有研究生课程体系带来的挑战,探讨设置基于研究方向的课程群落,破除传统学科及专业间边界,构建面向产业发展需求的专业学位研究生课程体系,以北京科技大学课程体系改革为例进行了探索与实践。
The development trend towards electrification,intelligence and connectivity in vehicles has led to the restructuring of related industrial layout.The knowledge architecture of vehicle engineering has shown characteristics of multi-disciplinary integration.Traditional graduate curriculum training system,mainly based on single vehicle engineering majors,is difficult to meet the needs of new energy vehicle enterprises for the knowledge system that graduate student should possess.Considering the transformation of knowledge production models and the challenges brought by multi-disciplinary integration to the traditional graduate curriculum training system in the field of vehicle majors,we explore the setting of course clusters based on research directions,which breaking the barriers between disciplines and majors.And,a new graduate curriculum training system is built that meets the needs of industrial development.The University of Science and Technology Beijing is used as an example to explores and practices the reform of graduate courses in vehicle engineering.
