先唐民歌英译文的音乐性研究

A Study on the Musicality of English Translation of Pre-Tang Folk Songs

先唐民歌是一种舞台表演形式。现在除了歌辞,曲调、乐器、舞蹈已不存在。其音乐性只能依附歌辞本身的内容、形式和韵律的音乐性而存在。先唐民歌口头文学的特征使其音乐性与古代诗歌的音乐性有所不同。英译时,应尽量保留先唐民歌独特的音乐性。由于译者的审美情趣、学识积累、翻译动机和翻译目的等不同,先唐民歌英译文具有共性与个性的特征。本文主要通过探究书名英译选词的动机之源、文内注等副文本阐释再现先唐民歌演唱背景的方法,形式的建构再现先唐民歌程式结构和句式节奏的策略,以及挖掘译入语语言特色再现先唐民歌歌辞韵律的创译法,探寻先唐民歌英译文再现先唐民歌音乐性特征的路径和方法。

Pre-Tang folk song is a form of stage performance.At present,except for lyrics,tunes,musical instruments and dances no longer exist.Its musicality can only exist depending on the content,form and rhythm of the lyrics themselves.The characteristics of oral literature of pre-Tang folk songs make its musicality different from that of ancient poetry.In English translation,the unique musicality of pre-Tang folk songs should be preserved as much as possible.Due to differences in translators'aesthetic taste,knowledge accumulation,translation motivation and translation purpose,English translation of pre-Tang folk songs has the characteristics of commonness and individuality.This paper mainly explores the path and method of reproducing the musicality of pre-Tang folk songs in English translation through analyzing the source of motivation for word selection in English translation of version titles,the method of reproducing the singing background of pre-Tang folk songs by paratext such as intra-text notes and so on,the strategy of reproducing the formula structure and sentence pattern rhythm of pre-Tang folk songs by form reconstruction,and the method of reproducing the rhymes of pre-Tang folk song lyrics by taking advantage of the linguistic characteristics of the target language.
